Jennie B. Connor, Executive Director
Duties - Manages the staff and day-to-day operations of Catawba County United Way . Answers to and is responsible to the Board of Directors.

Jack Severens , Director of Resource Development
Duties - Handles all aspects of the annual fundraising campaign. Also works year-round to maintain relationships with current donors as well as cultivate new ones.

Sylvia Long, Director of Community Impact
Duties - In charge of public relations and making sure that United Way is visible year-round.

Tammy Dotson , Director of Finance
Duties - Handles all accounting and financial tasks including working with Executive Director in preparation of budget information as requested by the Board and Budget & Allocations Committee as well as Leadership Circle and Planned Giving volunteers.

Cheryl Abee, Director of Volunteer Center/Information & Referral
Duties - Directs the operation of both programs.
