For more than 75 years, the Catawba County United Way has always believed we are stronger when we truly work united. We are constantly looking for community partners who can help us improve the lives of those in need. We meet regularly with the Interagency Council, Housing Visions, Catawba Alliance for Recovery and the Emergency Assistance Network, assisting with food insecurity, homelessness, addiction and financial stability.
More recently the CCUW focused on helping those impacted by the recent pandemic through the Catawba County United Way COVID-19 Response Fund. It supported our local community partners whose clients were hit the hardest by the pandemic.
The CCUW also administers FEMA EFSP dollars to local partners, helping with additional emergency food and shelter needs.
