Live Informed Tour - Agency Sign-Up Form

Each individual on the tour will receive a bag with information about all the presenting agencies. We hope this will be a great resource for them after the event. 
To fill the bags we need:

• A general information flier from each agency, introducing who they are and what you do.

• A flier that highlights specific programs or upcoming events, including fundraisers.

• Agencies are limited to three fliers.

• Each agency will need to provide 60 copies of each flier.

You'll drop them off at Sipes Orchard Home - 4431 County Home Rd, Conover, NC 28613 - care of Summer Andrade. Items must be received by April 1, 2026. 

Breakdown of the day:

8 - 8:30 a.m.                      Meet to board bus and leave for Site 1

Site 1 tour and agency presentations

• 9 – 9:20 a.m.: First presentation (10 minutes) and Q&A (10 minutes)
• 9:20 – 9:40: Second presentation and Q&A (same format)
• 9:40 – 10:20: Site tour (20 to 30 minutes), including general break time.
• 10:20 – 10:40: Third presentation and Q&A
• 10:40 – 11:00: Fourth presentation and Q&A
• 11:00 – 11:30: Travel to Lunch Site

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. – Lunch at local soup kitchen with presentation on their programs.

12:30 – 1 p.m. – Shuttle to second host site on that Leg of the tour.

Site 2 tour and agency presentations

• 1:00 – 1:20: First presentation and Q&A
• 1:20 – 1:40: Second presentation and Q&A

• 1:40 – 2:20: Site tour (20 to 30 minutes), including general break time.

• 2:20 – 2:40: Third presentation and Q&A
• 2:40 – 3:00: Fourth presentation and Q&A

3:30 p.m.                           Return to vehicles/end of event
